Meeting Services Connection/MatrixOne

Challenge:
Plan the logistics (Food, Beverage, Evening Events, Logistics, AV, Airport Transportation) for a 700 person conference in 8 weeks.

Solution:
Worked with the client (MatrixOne), a hotel in Toronto and destination management company to produce over 70 conference sessions and three evening activities. Managed the activities of various vendors (registration, Av, customs, decorator, etc)

Results:
The conference was a huge success and ran smoothly. The 700 attendees learned a great deal from the conference sessions and had fun during the evening activities.
