Challenge:

  • Generate repeat business from previous clients
  • Inspire customers to purchase accessories
  • Encourage customers to shop for Mothers Day at General Goods

Solution:

  • Provided the owner with consumer marketing consulting (strategy, marketing, direct marketing program) for their first direct mail campaign
  • Developed a 4 color over 1 color postcard to promote a new jewelry line with a strong offer and discount toward new purchases

Results:
The campaign resulted in a 8% response rate and brought in over $2,800 in new revenue for the store
